 Project Management

The Project Management position manages multiple projects at a time and must be able the shift between them. Other responsibilities include order entry, double checking the quote, distributor purchase order and approval to make sure they all match. In this position, you will be the point person for the project and must be able to present any piece of information relative to the project at a moment’s notice.    

Essential Functions

  • Process orders by checking approvals, quote and purchase orders.

  • Update and expedite project timelines.

  • Constantly monitor project progress and report to all parties.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Resolve quality control issues that arise by quickly coordinating between the factory, distributor and contractor to ensure correct paperwork is received.

  • Process RA requests.

  • Invoicing and checking commission for the project make sure they are correct.

Job Qualifications
