Project Manager

This role is responsible for processing material orders, managing post order issues, and ensuring timely procurement of lamps, ballasts, and lighting products specific to stock, discretionary, & roadway. This role supports VI by maintaining accurate orders, handling discretionary requests, and providing consistent, reliable customer service throughout the ordering process.

Salary: $70k and up, depending on experience.

Start-Date/Location: ASAP/No Preferred Location (Supporting All Territories)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Process discretionary & roadway orders by reviewing approvals, quotes, and purchase requests.

  • Manage stock & flow orders.

  • Monitor order progress and provide updates to all relevant parties.

  • Handle all lamps and ballast orders, including specialty and replacement items.

  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.

  • Resolve product, delivery, and quality control issues.

  • Process returns, RA requests, and vendor discrepancies.

  • Maintain open communication between vendors, distributors, and internal teams.

  • Request and prepare quotes for adders or special items.

  • Manage order splits and ensure accurate documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
