Project Manager
This role is responsible for processing material orders, managing post order issues, and ensuring timely procurement of lamps, ballasts, and lighting products specific to stock, discretionary, & roadway. This role supports VI by maintaining accurate orders, handling discretionary requests, and providing consistent, reliable customer service throughout the ordering process.
Salary: $70k and up, depending on experience.
Start-Date/Location: ASAP/No Preferred Location (Supporting All Territories)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process discretionary & roadway orders by reviewing approvals, quotes, and purchase requests.
Manage stock & flow orders.
Monitor order progress and provide updates to all relevant parties.
Handle all lamps and ballast orders, including specialty and replacement items.
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
Resolve product, delivery, and quality control issues.
Process returns, RA requests, and vendor discrepancies.
Maintain open communication between vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
Request and prepare quotes for adders or special items.
Manage order splits and ensure accurate documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma.
Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain preferred.
